The estimated annual salary for this position is $54,928.80 - $68,644.40, based on an hourly rate of $26.44 - $33.65, depending on your license and years of experience.

We are seeking a licensed Addiction Recovery Professional to join our team at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana.

This professional will work under the supervision of the Facility Director of Addiction Recovery Services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and provide group and individual counseling for patients participating in addiction services.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify treatment needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Provide evidence-based counseling services, including group and individual therapy sessions, to support patients' progress towards recovery.
• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral health field.
• A current Indiana behavioral health license, such as LCACA, LCAC, LSW, LCSW, LMHC (independently licensed preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of addictions.
• Current tuberculosis documentation, certification in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
• The ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
