About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customer regulations.
