Job Opportunity: Fabricator/Welder

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will play a crucial role in our operations, fabricating and welding various components to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld (Mig, Tig, and Stick) metal components
  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings
  • Assemble threaded and welded machines
  • Measure and cut pipe, steel, and other materials
  • Create cut lists per mechanical drawings
  • Fit pipe and other components as required
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently
  • Conduct machining tasks as required for fabrication projects

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in welding techniques (Mig, Tig, Stick)
  • Familiarity with safety measures and protocols
  • Ability to interpret standards related to fabrication work
  • Competency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
