Our Child Development Center

The CDC is a licensed program located within one of our residential substance abuse programs, providing a nurturing environment for children from 6 weeks through 6 years of age. Our inclusive classrooms are designed to address the developmental and specific needs of children within their age group.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • One year or more of experience in a certified early childhood program for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
  • Current enrollment in the Oregon Child Care Division's Criminal Background Registry (CBR).
  • Enrollment in the Oregon Registry Online and possession of a step number (Step 9 or higher).
  • Pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis/THC.


Preferred Qualifications

Lead Teachers: Minimum of an Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
