Job Description

RN Case Managers provide in-home nursing care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses due to toxic exposure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting physical assessments
  • Oversighting caregivers
  • Coordinating with staff to ensure quality care and safety in clients' homes
Key Responsibilities

The position allows for flexible scheduling, promoting work/life balance while offering competitive pay and benefits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a personalized care plan for each client
  • Providing direct care and case management to assigned clients
  • Collaborating with the regional director and other personnel to identify and correct issues and/or improve services
