Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure patient needs are met.
- Assume leadership roles as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Current Maryland Practical Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- ACLS & PALS certification within 1 year of hire.
