Overview: We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient family practice clinics in California. These positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 36 hours per week, plus an additional 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks.
Work Environment: Each day consists of 8-hour shifts, managing an average of 16-20 patients across 3 examination rooms. New hires will receive comprehensive orientation on the Next Gen EMR system and will follow a structured 7-week ramp-up period to achieve a full patient load.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (BC) or Truly Board Eligible (scheduled to take the exam) considered
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (through AHA)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- No California license required at the time of application
- DEA registration is necessary
Compensation: Salary is competitive and based on experience, starting at $135,000. Additional benefits include coverage for licensing and DEA costs, comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance options, retirement plans with company matching, medical malpractice coverage, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
Paid Time Off: PTO is awarded based on years of service.
