  • Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans, modifying as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Supervise and train Home Health Aides as needed, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently, meeting regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Less than 1 year of experience in speech therapy
