**Job Summary**

HHS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform daily cleaning procedures in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Operate floor care equipment, such as buffers and extractors, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Respond to housekeeping pages and address any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Services Director and Assistant Director to ensure seamless work scheduling and communication.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and push/pull a maid cart or linen cart continuously throughout a shift.
  • Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.
  • Must be able to handle/interact with all chemicals used in the cleaning process.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other hours as needed.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English.
