We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for managing our information security resources, processes, and actions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Security Strategy: Develop and implement information security strategies, roadmaps, and technological direction to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
- Program Management: Manage the development, enhancement, and monitoring of our Information Security teams and technologies to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and service standards.
- Managerial Functions: Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals, make appropriate changes to team policies, procedures, and efficiencies, and manage the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
- Security Resource: Act as a consultative resource to technological programs and associates, create information security standards and procedures, and provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop security awareness and protect Bank assets.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Information Security or Technology, or a High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Information Security or Technology. CISSP and CISM certifications are preferred.
