Novant Health Cancer Institute is seeking an exceptional, collaborative physician leader to join their program as the Market Leader for Oncology/Hematology in the region.
Opportunity Highlights- The program is designed to promote disease sub-specialization with team-based, multi-disciplinary care.

This role reports to the system physician executive for Novant Health Cancer Institute, Dr. David Rizzieri.
The Market Leader will develop the growth plans for their team and execute on those plans.
Responsibilities and Duties- This role will involve administrative (0.5 FTE) and clinical (0.5 FTE) duties.
- The Market Leader will be responsible for the quality, safety, patient experience, financial, growth, and strategy objectives of the market.
- Lead a group of 50+ providers at 9 clinic locations and collaborate with the market leadership and administration of 5 hospitals in the region.
