Role Summary:

The Associate Brand Manager will play a pivotal role within our Marketing team, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to driving a brand that positively influences the world. This position involves overseeing significant projects, including marketing campaign development, product enhancements, brand design, and enterprise strategies, along with daily business operations such as sales performance evaluation, volume forecasting, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the annual brand strategy, representing consumer insights and advocating for the brand to formulate robust plans that enhance business growth.
  • Identify emerging trends and assess market opportunities.
  • Craft compelling narratives to promote product concepts internally and externally.
  • Act as a central point of contact to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee budget management in close partnership with finance and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team and essential cross-functional partners to manage media campaigns and integrated marketing execution, including tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Lead critical portfolio management initiatives, including line extensions, packaging updates, and minor renovations, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as the business voice by spearheading data analytics and reporting efforts, conducting consumer, customer, and competitive analyses, monitoring key performance indicators, and managing ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide a strong perspective on media strategies and consumer targeting to inform tactical planning efforts.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management; experience in consumer packaged goods is preferred.
  • An MBA is advantageous.
  • Agility in adapting to diverse teams and brand missions, driving performance while ensuring business continuity.
  • Flexibility to support various projects of differing scopes and consistently shifting focus areas through short-term assignments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to respond swiftly to changing market dynamics.
  • Strategic influencing skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze and lead business initiatives from both marketing and general management perspectives.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000*

*Salary may vary based on location and other factors, including experience, education, skills, and departmental needs. Base pay is part of a comprehensive rewards program that includes various perks and health benefits.
