Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Pine St. store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an atmosphere of possibility with our customers, promoting our philosophy and values, and supporting our purpose and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Promote our philosophy and values to customers and colleagues
  • Support our purpose and strategic objectives through sales and customer engagement
  • Perform merchandising duties, including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space
  • Perform open and close out procedures as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail sales experience or service industry background required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Dedication to creating excellent customer experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.97-$21.50/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications, as well as a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
