Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at TeamLogic IT. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Your primary objective will be to respond to support requests in a timely manner, serving as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues. You will work closely with our sales team to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site surveys, proposals, and presentations on technical assessments, implementations, and ongoing technical account management.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019, and Mac OS. Project management experience is also required.

A strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems is essential, along with Active Directory knowledge and experience. Experience with UTM firewalls and Kaseya RMM and Autotask PSA is a plus. Excellent customer service skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under moderate supervision are also necessary.
