Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires advanced technical skills and experience in software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, and maintaining existing applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements and determine technical level of effort required
  • Develop, test, and implement technical solutions
  • Analyze, modify, and maintain existing applications
  • Prepare technical, operational, and user-related documentation
  • Provide technical support to functional users
  • Assist in conducting informal and formal end-user training
  • Advise on and review work of other analysts as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Four to five years of job-related experience
  • Experience with higher education and enrollment management
  • Familiarity with student information systems, particularly Banner
  • Server maintenance expertise with MS Azure
  • Web development with PHP
  • Application development in the higher education setting
