Construction Supervisor

Job Overview:
This position is for a Construction Supervisor at Integrity Golf, Inc. This role involves overseeing and executing various tasks related to golf course construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in hands-on labor at construction sites, including layout, drainage, and finishing work.
- Communicate daily plans to crew members and ensure they are equipped with necessary tools and materials.
- Provide instruction, supervision, and training to team members on tasks such as irrigation installation and sodding.
- Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and fuel, while identifying and mitigating potential waste.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment through routine checks.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including delivery tickets and safety meeting records.
- Report any issues to the Project Superintendent.

Work Schedule:
Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, with potential weekend and overtime work depending on weather conditions.

Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Pipe Fuser from a recognized vendor.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
- At least 12 months of experience in golf course construction and renovation.

Compensation:
- Hourly wage of $25.07, with overtime pay at $37.61.
