At Interim HealthCare, we're passionate about providing personalized, home-based care to our patients. As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake
  • Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels, and document any changes
  • Collaborate with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
  • Report any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment to the supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Colorado
  • BLS/CPR certification (demonstration course required)
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a background check and a drug test, which includes testing for THC
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
