We are a distinguished establishment seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to enhance our team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Uphold cleanliness in shared areas such as the hotel lobby, hallways, and public restrooms.
- Prepare and organize guest rooms according to our high standards before their arrival.
- Assist guests by addressing general inquiries throughout their visit.
- Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, dusting, polishing furniture, replenishing toiletries, and managing laundry as required.
- Document the status of cleaned rooms, report any lost and found items, and note any necessary repairs or damages.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
- Strong work ethic coupled with exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with effective cleaning methods and products.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a professional housekeeping role or a similar capacity.
