Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Transportation Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Resource Logistics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying process gaps and developing system solutions in the transportation and logistics area within SAP ECC and S4 HANA.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP TMS or other TMS tools integrating with SAP S4 HANA, as well as experience in implementing solutions in the Logistics Transportation process. You will work closely with the Transportation team to streamline business processes and implement a TMS solution that achieves end-to-end transparency of shipments globally.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with the Transportation team to consistently improve business processes
  • Defining, prioritizing, planning, and completing complex projects integrating with other SAP or external systems
  • Interfacing with analysts, business leadership, external partners, development, integration experts, and reporting team members to support business operations
  • Planning and conducting testing and training, both internally and externally, and coordinating migration of changes across system landscapes
  • Mentoring the implementation team with best industry practices and methodologies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience with core focus on TMS solutions
  • Deep understanding of SAP TMS or other TMS tools integrating with SAP S4 HANA with at least 2 implementation experiences
  • Strong business knowledge and consistent record in implementing solutions in the Logistics Transportation process
  • Working experience in building reporting solutions and integration with 3rd party systems
  • Creative problem-solving ability in dynamic and sophisticated business environments
  • Good social and excellent teamwork skills, able to navigate disagreement, recognize options, propose and implement solutions
  • Shown ability to navigate technology environments and work effectively with multiple groups
