Personal Banker

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at TrustBank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting TrustBank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking services to customers, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and answering customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• Cross-sell TrustBank's products and services to customers, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
• Work collaboratively with other bank employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in business or finance preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
• Knowledge of banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
