  • Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Review regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and daily or monthly goals.
  • Handle in-office walk-in sales and quotes or customer questions.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth.
  • Texas General Lines Agent Licenses Property & Casualty and Life, Health, Accident, & HMO preferred.
  • Interview process requires completion of a skills assessment, background check, and drug screen.
