Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at US Main. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Process and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and growth
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
• Experience with routing and tracking orders for major retailers, such as Walmart, Ross, or Marshall's
• Knowledge of TMS routing systems and experience with vendor online systems
