Job Details:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services in a 100% outpatient setting. The role requires a commitment to working five days a week at our Seminole office, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in primary care, particularly in managing a geriatric patient population with multiple health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Manage a patient load of 15-20 individuals daily
- Demonstrate proficiency in treating geriatric patients with complex health conditions
- Utilize virtual care options for high-risk patients
- Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate input from medical records, patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Effectively communicate care plans to patients and their families, ensuring clarity regarding any changes in health status
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited institution (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine preferred)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified status is highly preferred
- Active Florida Medical License
- Current DEA License
- Up-to-date CPR certification (BLS, ACLS, and PALS)
- Experience managing a geriatric patient population and familiarity with Medicare Advantage plans is required
