Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Providing training and guidance to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, plus technical training or a technical degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay for this role is between $52.05 and $78.05 per hour, with opportunities for discretionary bonuses and commission payments. Apple employees also have access to a range of benefits, including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and services.
