Job Title: Part Time Commercial Cleaning Team Leader

Office Pride Austin-Bee Cave is seeking a part-time team leader to oversee customer accounts and manage cleaning functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with Office Pride standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a nightly/regular basis.
  • Train and support new employees, ensuring they understand alarm systems, time-keeping systems, and Office Pride policies.
  • Submit daily reports to the office, highlighting employee issues, supply shortages, and problems with accounts or alarms.
  • Cross-train employees to work in different buildings, providing coverage when needed.
  • Ensure facilities have working equipment and sufficient supplies, reporting any issues to the office.
  • Enforce safety and security measures, immediately reporting any potential safety issues.
  • Follow up on customer complaints, coordinating with the office as needed.
Requirements:
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes with little notice.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
  • Able to lift 35 lbs and physically perform tasks such as walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Compensation:

$13/hour
