Gregory A Mosick is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the day-to-day internal operations of the firm. This role will involve ensuring the timely completion of client paperwork, addressing service issues, and performing various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage client paperwork and documents
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address service issues and provide updates
- Prepare and send documents, including new business paperwork
- Collaborate with the back office and other agencies to complete new business and client requests
