Job Summary

University Health is hiring a Healthcare Support Professional to work in a dynamic clinical environment. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support services to patients and healthcare staff while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect patient care activities and perform various clerical tasks under close supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required, ensuring timely completion and submission.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A Medical Assistant diploma or certification from a recognized institution is necessary.
  • National registration as a Medical Assistant is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • A valid AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider certification is required.

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, commensurate with your skills and experience.
