Your Role:

As a Vehicle Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe upkeep and repair of our fleet and equipment, adhering to all operational guidelines. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs on a variety of company vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, and utility vehicles.
  • Maintaining and repairing small engine equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, pressure washers) and larger machinery (forklifts, cranes).
  • Completing necessary documentation accurately.
  • Inspecting and fixing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Operating automotive lifts and other machinery safely.
  • Providing outstanding service to guests and assisting with minor vehicle issues.
  • Collaborating with vendors to procure parts and supplies.
  • Performing cleaning and additional tasks as required.
Qualifications for Success:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience or completion of automotive vocational training.
  • ASE certification in brakes is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a company driver's license.
  • Capability to pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Willingness to train and achieve certification for forklift and high-reach equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and at heights.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery operation.
  • Basic computer skills and scheduling flexibility.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in other maintenance fields is a plus.
