Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a staff position. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop care plans to ensure resident safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
