Bayview Asset Management, LLC, a prominent real estate investment firm, is on the lookout for outstanding candidates to fill the role of Real Estate Investment Acquisition Specialist.

The successful applicant will be a driven and results-oriented individual with a proven history of surpassing objectives. Previous experience in real estate investment and transactions, coupled with strong sales and interpersonal abilities, is essential.

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a commission-only structure or a combination of base salary and commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.


The Real Estate Investment Acquisition Specialist will serve as the main liaison in the market for all acquisition-related activities.

The firm specializes in converting marketing leads into cash offers for single-family homes in any condition, ensuring a swift and courteous service.

This role is highly entrepreneurial, featuring clear performance targets and incentives.

The Acquisition Specialist will receive extensive training, state-of-the-art resources, and the necessary tools to achieve success.

Candidates from the Kansas City area are preferred.


All team members are expected to represent the firm effectively, focusing on delivering an exceptional client service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary contact for potential clients (homeowners looking to sell), establishing rapport to identify their needs and the best transaction solutions.

Responsible for managing incoming leads, including scheduling in-home evaluations of prospective properties.


Conduct meetings with potential clients to assess the market value of their homes based on recent sales, research, and market trends, estimate necessary repairs, and present an as-is cash offer for the property.

Utilize the CRM system daily to document all necessary interactions and oversee the sales process. Complete daily tasks, prioritizing high-importance activities; including emails, calls, and texts to clients.

Accurately record all client contact information and make detailed notes on discussions during appointments. Input all contact notes and information into the CRM on a daily basis.

Follow up with current and past leads at appropriate intervals.

Collaborate effectively with title, legal, construction, and property management partners.

Build a local real estate investment network to generate self-sourced leads.

Communicate clearly and accurately with the management team.

Occasional travel to conferences and company meetings may be required.

Mentor and manage junior team members.

Travel to various properties for site visits will be necessary.

Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of residential real estate acquisitions, investments, and sales.

Highly entrepreneurial and results-driven.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships.

High integrity and sound business judgment.

Empathetic and responsive to client needs, with strong communication skills.

Excellent listening, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

Understanding of real estate risks and their application to local markets/submarkets.

Highly organized with strong time management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to learn from experienced leaders and peers within the organization.

Flexibility to work set hours, with occasional varied hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client meetings.

Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. Must be able to respond to lead calls promptly during business and evening hours.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; open to guidance and collaborative work styles.

A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.

6-10 years of prior experience in residential real estate acquisitions, investments, or sales is required.

A Real Estate License is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Travel: 10% or as necessary.

The incumbent must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Depending on the location of the site, the incumbent may at times face environmental conditions that include:
low temperatures, high temperatures, precipitation, and wind.
