Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Rubber Specialist at Emerald Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee and maintain a variety of tasks related to the production of our rubber products, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • CAD Program Development: Create and implement CAD programs using CAD software to design and develop new rubber products.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate modern equipment such as CNC assembly robots, laser cutting machines, and waterjet cutting machines to produce high-quality rubber products.
  • Rubber Processing: Prepare, cut, and glue rubber strips and surfaces to meet customer specifications.
  • Tooling and Quality Control: Rubberize stamping tools according to customer specifications and ensure quality control throughout the production process.
