Responsibilities- Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
- Assist physician in developing therapy plan of care
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning
- Instruct and inform healthcare team, patient, and family/caregivers regarding plan of care and progress
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
