Job Title: Medical Assistant Professional

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant Professional to join our team at Unicare Community Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver comprehensive, affordable medical services to the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with medical exams and procedures
  • Collect and process patient samples for laboratory testing
  • Clean and sanitize examination rooms and equipment
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into electronic health records
  • Schedule appointments and confirm patient information

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Completion of Medical Assistant training program required
  • Phlebotomy certification a plus
  • MUST be bilingual (fluent English and Spanish)
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with integrity

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
