Cart and Janitorial Associate

As a valued member of the Walmart team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize carts in the parking lot to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and effective cart management.
  • Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front-End Service team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull carts and equipment as needed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
