Job Description

As an Exterior Restoration Specialist at EXTERIORMAX, you will play a critical role in helping homeowners navigate the process of restoring their damaged roofs. You will conduct property/roofing inspections, maintain strong relationships with insurance adjustors, and build trust with clients by providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their restoration needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting property/roofing inspections to assess damage
  • Maintaining strong relationships with insurance adjustors
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and established clients
  • Acting as a liaison between insurance adjustors and customers
  • Developing an effective pipeline of clients to follow up with and offer new opportunities or promotions

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, based on industry standards and location.
