Spine Institute of Central Florida is seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team in a busy Orthopedic Spine Surgery practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will work closely with our fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeons to provide comprehensive orthopedic spine surgery exams, order diagnostic imaging, and develop treatment plans. Responsibilities will include performing history and physical exams, casting extremity fractures, and interpreting imaging studies.

We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and development. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Physician Assistant with a passion for orthopedic spine care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive orthopedic spine surgery exams
  • Order diagnostic imaging and develop treatment plans
  • Work closely with fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeons
  • Perform casting and splinting of extremity fractures
  • Interpret imaging studies and develop treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current Florida PA-C license
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
