  • • Investigate and report quality-related issues, market withdrawals, and recalls.
  • • Implement internal audit control processes in the quality assurance/food safety arena.
  • • Build and maintain a strong team through effective leadership and development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Animal Science, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 2 years as a food safety or quality assurance manager in the beef industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
