About the Role:

As a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), you will provide essential rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve physical capabilities. You will create personalized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists and instruct patients and families on home care strategies and adaptive equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services planned, delegated, and supervised by qualified Occupational Therapists in accordance with patient Plans of Treatment.
  • Assist in implementing vocational/education programs and activities established by registered Occupational Therapists to restore, reinforce, and enhance task performances.
  • Design/adapt equipment and working/living environments, fabricate devices to assist and improve function and independence, and participate in community reintegration activities.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
