Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this role provides assistance in the personal care and protection of residents in assisted living. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to provide the right amount of care and self-care to promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents as needed
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy
  • Engage with residents to create meaningful relationships and promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive the best possible care
