About the Role

As a Cyber Defence SOC Analyst at Ascot Group, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization from cyber threats. You will monitor and respond to suspicious events, collaborate with cybersecurity teams, and escalate incidents to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor SIEM tools to detect and respond to potential security threats
  • Analyze logs and network traffic to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to develop and refine incident response procedures
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Cybersecurity-related Bachelor's degree or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security operations role
  • Possesses a strong understanding of security concepts and attack types
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and communication skills
