Job Summary

The Dispatch Specialist is responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of containers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track container movement, ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in container movement or logistics
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with transportation management systems
