Job Overview

The primary goal of Deli / Bakery team members is to prepare high-quality products for customers. They interact with customers at the service counter and transport incoming merchandise to the sales floor. Maintaining proper food safety standards is essential to the team's success.

Employment Details

This part-time opportunity is available at Walmart Supercenter #1255, located at 901 US HIGHWAY 401 S, LAURINBURG, NC, 28352, US. The hourly wage is estimated to be between $17 and $23, depending on factors such as location and experience.

Additional Compensation

Performance Incentives

Annual or quarterly performance incentives are included in the compensation package. These incentives are designed to recognize and reward outstanding performance.

PTO and/or PPTO

You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.
