About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our hospitality operations in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our restaurant and ensure that we provide exceptional service to our customers.

Job Overview

  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to achieve exceptional results in customer satisfaction, sales, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Employee Engagement: Maintain a high level of employee engagement, training, and retention to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and increasing revenue.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and increasing revenue through effective pricing and menu engineering.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Skill and Qualifications: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
