Job Overview
VWConnect is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for inputting data and maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organization within files and all tracking systems.
  • Assist and cross-train with a team.
  • Receive, gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources.
  • Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistencies.
  • Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
  • Establish and maintain physical files.
  • Transfer data from paper format, computer files, and/or database systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legible handwriting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
