Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will oversee the entire order process, ensuring seamless execution from proposal review to delivery verification. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and analyze trends to drive cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, including vendor management and PO creation.
• Analyze purchasing costs and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
• Manage purchase orders, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in procurement or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in materials management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
