Regional Truck Driver Opportunity with Competitive Pay and Benefits

Ryder System, Inc. (search conducted by Drive My Way) is seeking a skilled Regional CDL A Dry Van Driver to join our team in Wilkes Barre, PA.

Compensation:
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,600+

This exceptional compensation package includes 68.5 CPM with 1,800 miles per week, ensuring you earn a stable income while enjoying the flexibility of regional routes.

Additionally, you'll receive $22.55 per Stop with 20 stops per week, $40.00 per night out for regional nights, and $65.00 per Trip for borough trips.

Our drivers also enjoy unlimited driver referral bonuses and are paid via direct deposit weekly.

Home Time, Route & Schedule:
  • You can expect home time multiple days weekly, including weekends with 2-3 nights out per week.
  • Our schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, with start times between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
  • Route duties include driving in CT, MA, ME, RI, MD, VA, NY, and NJ, with overnight stays in Ryder-booked hotels.
Qualifications:
  • To qualify, you must have a valid CDL A license and meet our minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • A Class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle is essential, with specific requirements varying depending on your previous experience.
  • You must pass a Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years.
  • A DOT physical and Ryder road test are also required.
  • Lastly, you must reside within 30 miles of Wilkes Barre, PA.
