  • Project Management: Create and maintain project plans to track completion and delivery of IT testing efforts.
  • Status Updates and Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, including risk, to stakeholders.
  • Team Motivation and Development: Motivate team members to resolve conflicts and advance QA activities and deliverables.
  • Test Automation and Performance Testing: Support the implementation of test automation and performance testing frameworks in partnership with third parties.
  • DevOps Framework: Support the implementation of a DevOps framework in partnership with third parties.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering field and 5 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance testing, including module-level testing, system testing, system integration testing, GUI testing, functional testing, compatibility testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
  • Technical Skills: 5 years of experience with creating test plans, leading the design of high-level test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated), and experience with Selenium, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Katalon Studio, TestNG, Eclipse, Maven, Log4J, Jenkins, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), JIRA Test Rail, Postman, and SQL.
