Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health status and develop effective plans of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Coordinate patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure in New York State
  • Current DEA certificate
  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Proficient in EMR and telehealth systems
