Role Purpose

As a leading Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractor in Arizona, we are in search of motivated and proactive individuals who prioritize efficiency, dependability, and community.

In the role of Plumbing Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to guide, oversee, mentor, and develop your team. You will manage plumbing projects valued at over $1,000,000 and must possess a strong background, be goal-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Compensation

$90,000 to $110,000 - Salary determined during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop budgets for new construction and renovation initiatives.
  • Plan and organize tasks for the project team effectively.
  • Solicit subcontractor estimates and assist in preparing contracts and letters of intent.
  • Oversee and manage the daily progress of construction projects, ensuring regular communication, addressing requests for information, and handling change orders.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Assist drafters in producing construction drawings.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling and workload of construction projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned related to the estimating role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Plumbing.
  • Completion of High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Highly organized individual capable of managing timelines and deadlines.
  • Experience in project management is essential.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Director of Plumbing.
