We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care team at Ascension Providence. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Obtain patient history, perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and provide direct treatment and management of health conditions.
- Counsel and Educate Patients: Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
- Document Patient Care: Document delivery of healthcare and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas, and current BLS certification.
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
